Grande Dunes Resort Course ~ 0.28 miles (Not Driving Distance)
As the centerpiece of an exclusive resort-residential community, Grande Dunes sets the standard for golf along the Carolina Coast. The Roger Rulewich design was nominated for Golf Digest's "Best New Course in America" award for 2001 and continues to receive accolades as time goes on. Pine Lakes International Country Club ~ 2.81 miles (Not Driving Distance)
After a massive three-year project, Pine Lakes (aka "The Grandaddy") has reopened (March 2009) to great applause in Myrtle Beach. Burroughs and Chapin, the course owners, spent $15 million dollars to restore and renovate the course for 21st century golfers. The course is now the first in the Grand Strand to use Paspalum grass, which can be irrigated with salt water instead of fresh water.
